How To Change Graphic Settings 

If like me you have had issue with RuneScape DragonWilds playing smoothly, then there are a few additional settings you can change to try and improve your gaming experience. 

For one, you can change the graphic settings manually by doing the following 

How to turn off Bloom and Fog effects

1. go to C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\RSDragonwilds\Saved\Config\Windows
You may need to turn on hidden files, you can do this from the folder properties here: 

2. open Engine.ini
3. add lines to [/script/engine.renderersettings]
r.Upscale.Quality=0
r.Upscale.Softness=0
r.Tonemapper.Sharpen=0.5
r.TextureStreaming=0
r.DepthOfFieldQuality=0
r.BloomQuality=0
r.FilmGrain=0
r.SceneColorFringeQuality=0
r.DisableDistortion=1
r.Tonemapper.Quality=0
r.LensFlareQuality=0
r.Fog=0
r.VolumetricFog=0

Once You have changed your settings, click save file
Then check the “read only” box in the file properties and click apply.

Launch the game and see the results for yourself. 

Dynamic Frame Rate

TURN THIS OFF NOW! For some reason this isnt optimized and just messes with your game. Set it to 120 or something.
